1 cup. Chinese cabbage (or regular cabbage) chopped
1 tomato cut into cubes
2 fresh onions finely chopped
4 cloves of garlic chopped
3 tbsp. ginger grated
1 chili pepper finely chopped
1 cup. vegetable broth or hot water
2/3 cups. coconut milk
3 tbsp soya sauce
3 tbsp lime juice
2 tbsp of coconut sugar or black sugar
1 tsp. Cumin seeds
1 tsp. coriander seeds
3/4 tsp. turmeric
2 – 3 tbsp chopped basil
3 tbsp coconut oil or other vegetable oil
Salt-pepper at will
Preparation
In a wok or large pan, sauté in coconut oil the cumin and coriander seeds for 2 minutes.
Then put the potatoes, and sauté for another 4 – 5 minutes.
Put the remaining vegetables and leave them for another 3-4 minutes.
Pour the soya sauce and then the vegetable broth and coconut milk
Put the turmeric, sugar and lime juice, stir and lower the heat.
Cook until the sauce is firmed
Try and, if necessary, put salt, if it is sour, put a little sugar or if it is sweet , a little bit of lime juice, it should leave us a sweet and sour taste.
